Fordism, Social Integration and Antitrust Laws
1.Essentially Fordism is a very effective way of producing and selling a product. In this case films. Fordism is made up of 2 strands, the first one is standardising the product, meaning giving it a genre if we're talking about a film. And the last strand is assembly line production, in other words, every single employee has a specific single job to do. By having one certain job he will be more ably to do it.
2.Vertical integration is basically companies producing, distributing and getting the product ready for consumptions. For instance a film company will shoot the film, produce it, advertise it ,distribute it and lastly, put into cinemas, get it ready for consumption.
